Do you charge per image or per project?
We charge per project (a defined scope of work), not per individual image. Each package includes a set number of final images. For very large orders (50+ images), we offer custom per-image pricing with bulk discounts — WhatsApp us for a detailed quote specific to your requirement.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges whatsoever. The price quoted is the price you pay. It includes all editing, revisions within plan limits, commercial usage rights, and file delivery. The only additional cost would be if you choose to upgrade your package or add services beyond the original project scope — which is always discussed and agreed upon upfront.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, and Razorpay. Payment is typically 50% advance to begin work and 50% on delivery of final files. For trusted repeat clients and agencies, post-payment terms can be discussed.

Along with the photo, share any preferences about background style, lighting mood, or platform requirements, and we handle everything from there.
What happens after I place an order?
After you share your product/brief and confirm the project scope: (1) We send you a payment link for the advance. (2) Our AI team begins work immediately upon payment confirmation. (3) You receive initial concepts or samples for review within the agreed turnaround time. (4) You request any revisions. (5) Final high-resolution files are delivered via WhatsApp, Google Drive, or WeTransfer.
How many revisions are included?
Starter Package includes 2 revision rounds. Business Package and Custom Package include unlimited revisions — we don't stop until you're 100% satisfied. A "revision" covers changes to background, lighting, colour grading, cropping, or other visual elements. Changing the fundamental product concept mid-project may require re-scoping.
Can I provide a reference image or brand style guide?

Standard turnaround is 24 hours from confirmation of order and payment. Starter packages may be delivered within 48 hours. For rush orders or same-day delivery, please mention urgency when contacting us — we offer same-day delivery for eligible projects (Custom Package). Once work begins, you'll receive regular WhatsApp updates on progress.
How are the final files delivered to me?
Final files are delivered via WhatsApp (for smaller orders), Google Drive shared folder, or WeTransfer — whichever you prefer. For large catalogue orders (80+ images), we set up a dedicated Google Drive folder with organised naming conventions. All files include both web-optimised and print-ready versions unless otherwise specified.
What file formats are included?
Standard delivery includes high-resolution JPEG and PNG files. PNG files include transparent backgrounds where applicable (e.g., product cutouts). We can also provide WebP format for web optimisation, TIFF for professional print, or platform-specific exports (e.g., Amazon's exact requirements). Are the files stored and can I redownload them later?
