Our pricing is transparent and affordable: Starter Package starts at ₹999/project (5 images, 48-hour delivery, 2 revisions); Business Package at ₹2,999/project (20 images across services, 24-hour delivery, unlimited revisions, WhatsApp support); Custom Package for enterprises and agencies with volume discounts. Compared to traditional photography costing ₹10,000–₹50,000+, we deliver equal or superior quality at up to 90% less cost.

We charge per project (a defined scope of work), not per individual image. Each package includes a set number of final images. For very large orders (50+ images), we offer custom per-image pricing with bulk discounts — WhatsApp us for a detailed quote specific to your requirement.

No hidden charges whatsoever. The price quoted is the price you pay. It includes all editing, revisions within plan limits, commercial usage rights, and file delivery. The only additional cost would be if you choose to upgrade your package or add services beyond the original project scope — which is always discussed and agreed upon upfront.

We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, and Razorpay. Payment is typically 50% advance to begin work and 50% on delivery of final files. For trusted repeat clients and agencies, post-payment terms can be discussed.

Even a basic smartphone photo works — we do not require professional-quality input images. Along with the photo, share any preferences about background style, lighting mood, or platform requirements, and we handle everything from there.

After you share your product/brief and confirm the project scope: (1) We send you a payment link for the advance. (2) Our AI team begins work immediately upon payment confirmation. (3) You receive initial concepts or samples for review within the agreed turnaround time. (4) You request any revisions. (5) Final high-resolution files are delivered via WhatsApp, Google Drive, or WeTransfer.

Starter Package includes 2 revision rounds. Business Package and Custom Package include unlimited revisions — we don't stop until you're 100% satisfied. A "revision" covers changes to background, lighting, colour grading, cropping, or other visual elements. Changing the fundamental product concept mid-project may require re-scoping.

Reference images, mood boards, brand colour palettes, competitor examples, and style guides all help us deliver visuals that match your brand identity precisely. The more reference material you provide, the more accurately we can match your exact vision from the first delivery.

Client satisfaction is our top priority. If after all revision rounds you are still not satisfied, we will work with you to understand exactly what's needed and re-create the visuals. In the rare case of a genuine failure to deliver, we offer a partial or full refund depending on the stage of the project. We deliver high-resolution PNG and JPEG files at a minimum of 3000×3000px (suitable for large-format print). For marketplace-specific requirements, we deliver optimised sizes meeting each platform's exact specifications — for example, Amazon requires at least 1000px on the longest side, and we deliver at 2000×2000px or higher for zoom clarity. File size, DPI, and format are all adjusted per your usage requirement.

We calibrate our AI outputs against your reference product images to ensure the final colours match as closely as possible. For products with very specific colour requirements (e.g., exact Pantone shades for packaging), please mention this upfront and provide a reference.

For most eCommerce, social media, and digital marketing use cases — yes, AI photography can fully replace traditional photography at a fraction of the cost. For very specific use cases like behind-the-scenes brand storytelling, live events, or highly tactile/texture-critical products, a hybrid approach may still be beneficial. Standard turnaround is 24 hours from confirmation of order and payment. Starter packages may be delivered within 48 hours. For rush orders or same-day delivery, please mention urgency when contacting us — we offer same-day delivery for eligible projects (Custom Package). Once work begins, you'll receive regular WhatsApp updates on progress.

Final files are delivered via WhatsApp (for smaller orders), Google Drive shared folder, or WeTransfer — whichever you prefer. For large catalogue orders (80+ images), we set up a dedicated Google Drive folder with organised naming conventions. All files include both web-optimised and print-ready versions unless otherwise specified.

Standard delivery includes high-resolution JPEG and PNG files. PNG files include transparent backgrounds where applicable (e.g., product cutouts). We can also provide WebP format for web optimisation, TIFF for professional print, or platform-specific exports (e.g., Amazon's exact requirements). Just mention your format requirements when placing the order.

We retain your project files for 30 days after delivery at no extra charge. If you need to redownload or request additional copies within this period, simply WhatsApp us. For long-term archival storage beyond 30 days, we offer a nominal file storage service for ongoing clients. We recommend downloading and backing up all files immediately upon delivery.

Yes, all images created by Dev Creative Design come with full commercial usage rights. You can use them on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, websites, social media ads, outdoor hoardings, packaging, and print — without any licensing issues. We provide a written commercial usage certificate upon request for enterprise clients.

Never. Every visual we create is unique and exclusive to your brand and product. We do not reuse or repurpose any client's AI visuals for other brands. Your images are created specifically for your products, your brief, and your brand identity — full exclusivity is included in every package.

AI-generated product and creative images are fully permitted for paid advertising on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Sponsored Products, and all major advertising platforms. Yes. Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Ajio all permit professionally retouched and AI-enhanced product images as long as they accurately represent the actual product (i.e., no false claims about the product through the image).
